Skye Prescott is a culinary entrepreneur and professional chef whose mission is to make high quality food that is accessible to everyone, and brings people from diverse backgrounds together. Her career was launched at Humber College’s culinary management program, but a love of food was inspired in her much earlier.
Watching her grandmother and great grandmother in the kitchen as a young child taught her that food was a vehicle for love, and that a good meal had the power to create a sense of community. Skye’s experiences in the culinary industry have been both diverse and wide-reaching, and have included high-end country clubs and fine dining restaurants, as well as cozy late night hangouts and top notch burger joints. She never fails to deliver a consistent attention to detail and believes in providing nothing but the best quality to her customers. Since launching her own company, Flame & Smoke, Skye has catered private and corporate events, and is also currently developing Stuff’d, her own line of handmade artisan ready-made products, featuring her famous Veggie Samosas.
