our story

After noticing that most catering companies offered fairly standard menus without much variety, we knew that we could provide something better. Flame & Smoke was born as a small catering company in 2017, providing our clients with a wide variety of high quality food from customized menus, regardless of their budgets and dietary needs. 

In the summer of 2019 we had an opportunity to bring Flame & Smoke out of the kitchen and onto the sidewalk. We knew that we could pair delicious food made fresh to order with the convenience and accessibility of takeout. Our mission has been to spread the message that gourmet food doesn't need to come at a gourmet price.
